So this blog is going to be about the main function of our business and a passion we all share, FOOD! Whether it be our recipes, brands we develop or ideas and inspirations from our readers we want this to be an interactive Blog about all things edible!
So to kick off (appropriate pun for our business) lets tell you a little about the Lindley Group before we dive into the good stuff....
The Lindley Group is an independent British catering company with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and great fresh food at stadiums, arenas, visitor attractions and theatres.
It all started around 45 years ago with Lindley Venue Catering a division that has grown to become a market leader at sports venues (get the pun now?) delivering excellent customer service through retail kiosks, café bars, restaurants and fine-dining facilities. From these roots we have grown and spread our culinary fingers into a new set of pies, Lindley Heritage here we offer a bespoke, high-quality service for museums, historic houses and visitor attractions that aims to complement the values and standards of the location.
From these plentiful, happy pies we offer catering to outside events and venues under the brands of Green’s of St James’s and Heathcotes Outside (through our association with renowned chef Paul Heathcote).
